UW Memorial Union is the student union for the University of Wisconsin-Madison. It overlooks Lake Mendota. It has food, drinks (beer as well).

If flying in for the meeting, there is taxi service from the Madison-Dane County airport as well as a shuttle service (Van Galder Bus) that goes from Chicago O’Hare airport to the UW-Madison campus. A round-trip ticket is $68. Check Van Galder Bus schedule for exact times.
